CLP Painting was established in 2003 by Brent Meyer right here in the Main Line. Starting as a one man operation doing simple residential re-paints, CLP Painting has grown into a local small business serving various clientele, such as: residential, commercial, multi-family communities, apartment buildings, churches, senior living facilities, corporate fit-outs, industrial complexes and restaurants.
With the help of many experienced painters, carpenters, wall covering experts, and artisans, CLP has expanded into several areas of decorating. CLP Painting now offers, aside from interior and exterior painting, a wide array of services: pressure washing, faux finishes, textured finishes, wall coverings, epoxy flooring, carpentry, and more.
Today CLP has completed projects in PA, DE and NJ, and continues to supply experienced management, painters and carpenters to every project. We use our expert attention to detail as our foundation, but we view every job as a chance to build a great relationship.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Brent Meyer grew up locally, attending Conestoga High School and painting during the summer months. He then went on to college in Virginia but continued working on Main Line residential paint projects in the summers.
This helped Brent learn what Main Line residents expect in a re-paint and also how to interact professionally on a site. He also learned that, far too often, local painting companies were cutting corners to increase profit margins and allow them to move on to the next money making project.
After graduating college and working in corporate settings for several years, Brent wanted to get back to working outside of the office and doing something he cared for... and CLP Painting was launched.
Brent and his wife, Susan, currently live in Berwyn with their four young children (Luke, Katie, Molly and Drew). They are active in the local community participating in several youth sports organizations. Brent is a coach in the CYLax program and has also coached for B-PALL baseball leagues. He has participated in the Philly-Half Marathon and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
To date, CLP Painting has donated time and/or money to the following foundations or local organizations: BPALL, the Berwyn Victory Run, the Valley Forge Revolutionary Run, the Easttown Township Police Association, Beaumont Elementary School.
